That was kinda strange so I started asking MT some questions and I found out that on both these periods, I have merged with my HM and that's why I was able to get those 2 special 3/16s. However, just like yesterday, right after I got this 3/16, it started to fade away about 15-30 minutes later.
Hmmm
Just like I thought, I learned that something/someone has taking me OFF THE TRACK I was on.
Whether it's a LB or some nasty entity up there, it managed to push me off this track and nothing else happened after that. I asked if yesterday I was on the track to get my 16/16 and got a... YES!
And today too! 
You see in the past, I thought that we were getting ON and OFF the right track simply because of the nature of reality which is based on cycles and waves, meaning that at some point in the process, you are ABOVE the line and then on some other point, you are BELOW it.
In other words, I thought it was "normal" to get on the right track, see some good results at roulette and then see them crash later on during the day but that's not what seems to be going on here.
What I learned today is that EVEN if you reach and arrive at the right vibration of the track you want to arrive to in order to manifest your goal, if you somehow "fall off" the track, it's NOT because you are going up and down in vibration but mostly because some MOFO up there "PUSHED YOU OFF THAT TRACK".
So I asked if there was a way to protect me from those fuckers and got a YES and this is what I call The "PERMANENT TRACK LOCK" HMR.
It goes something like this...
"Dear HM, when I arrive at the track where I manifest my goal, please lock me down at that dimension & vibration and also, block anything else from pushing me off that track. Also, if I somehow get off the track, please bring me back INSTANTLY and EXACTLY on the track that I was on before I got pushed out.."
