I think I got your puking part... my "Vomit-Meter" is close to 6-7 these days on a scale from 0-8 where at 8, I'm puking.

Lot of nausea over here but I have the solution for that.

The part that I have mastered is to... AVOID IT.

You just take 2-3 deep breath and it goes away.

The logic behind it is that when you clear LBs, your cells let go of low vibration crap stored in it and all that crap goes into your lymphatic system (the body's sewage system) so it's like the water of a river turning brown, it makes you sick.

The lymphatic system doesn't have a pump like the heart in the blood system but deep breath makes the lymph move and pass through the kidneys and all the crap is dumped in the urine/colon and that's how you clear the crap in your lymphatic system and the nausea goes away fast.
