Something weird happened when I reached those odds of 1 in 11, nothing worked after that. 
I know that this is possible since a number can stop coming out after 100+ spins but I keep changing number to bet on every spin so the win/loss is related to my HM connection and not to the standard law of average of a number here.
What I found out after asking a bunch of questions was that I keep changing tracks (I'm still in the main 4.8 track btw) but those tracks are a little bit different from one another and when I arrived at the odds of 1 in 11 track, I found LBs on ALL 6 of my main topics (Money, HM, MT, Health, Physical Changes, Roulette), crashing my vibration and my good results. 
Anyway, I cleared them all and won after 7 spins and shifted to another track with odds of 1 in 7 but apparently, when I arrive at the track of odds of 1 in 3, I will have to clear that track again.
I'm gonna clear all those "future winning tracks" right now so that they don't bother me later on when I arrive there.
Strange stuff indeed.

MT is telling me that it's gonna take 12 wins all within 1-2 spin to lock in to that vibration/track and that will be it.
If I don't win after 3 spins it's because I have some LB to clear.

No wins within the next 3 spins so I'll investigate and clear that LB once I find it... then continue the test..

Got tons of new LBs popping out now on multiple tracks so this might take a while.
After cleaning 1000s of them, MT tells me that I will have to wait 12 hrs.
I will check again to see if I can't clean some in 1 hour.

Ok the 12 hrs wait is over, it's time to finish this roulette quest once and for all.
Odds are still 1 in 1 but I will still need between 10-12 wins within the first 2 spins to lock in to that vibration.
If I cannot get a win within the next 2 spins then it's because I got some LBs left to clear. Once cleared, I'm back to testing and sooner or later it will all stick...
