This is day 3 of my new Oct 4th HM request. This request is VERY important because it's gonna tell us if I will reach that high vibration and only win on day 6 or if I will reach and also maintain that vibration later on.

Needless to say guys, this weekend I was REALLY PISSED. Why? Because after seeing day 6 results, I thought this was it and that the vibration would stick but... it didn't. 
So WTF HAPPENED???
- I was supposed to have arrived at this low sabotaging 4.8 track.
- My HM was supposed to have cleared ALL the LBs at the TLR level
- I thought I cleared all the remaining LBs and planted all the right PBs using Emotion Code at the SM level.
If so then what crashed day 6's vibration???
After bitching at "whoever is listening upstairs" I asked them to do something special and clear all the MT jokers and give me straight answers this time as to what fucked up here and here's what I got.
Apparently, the whole 4.8 track shift was NOT a joke and we have really arrived at this 4.8 low sabotage track. Next, I did clear LBs and planted PBs at the SM level but those are being crushed by those at the TLR level so if my HM doesn't clear them at the TLR level, they will come back down into the SM and sabotage my vibration.
And this is where the fuck up happened. On the Sept. 28 HM request, I asked ONLY to clear the PBs to get 1/16s on roulette and NOT clear ALL the LBs on all the other topics that could influence roulette wins (Money, SM losing control to the HM, etc...).
So I have fixed this issue in my latest Oct. 4th request and ask my HM to clear EVERYTHING but MT is telling me that this will need another HM request.
Out of all the 100% LBs I had to remove and PBs to implant, only 22% was done during the Sept. 28 request. The Oct. 4th one will take me to 69% and the next one all the way to 100%.
I didn't take any chances this time, I asked precise goals for each one of those main 6 topics so everything will be cleaned up.
Again with the 2 doubles and 1 triplet wins that I got on day 6, I can't deny that my HM is coming even if I would want to, the odds are off the scale here.
Now, let me remind you of how crazy that day was for those who didn't get it back then...
To bet JUST 1 number, the odds are 1 win every 38 spins. However, when you bet that same number and you want to win 2 times in a row, the odds are 1 in 1,444 and winning 3 times in a row, the odds are 1 in 54,872.
Just beating those "winning 2 times in a row" odds is quite impressive enough. Imagine you are in a big room with 1,444 persons and each one has a ticket and it's YOUR ticket that wins. That would be awesome right?
Well... this 2 wins in a row happened not ONCE, not TWICE but...3 TIMES that day.
So just winning 1 time that would make your day, imagine going to another room with another set of 1,444 person and there too, they draw YOUR TICKET 
you would freak out right? But now imagine going to a 3rd room and over there too... you win....AGAIN. WHAAAAAAAAAAAATTTT?????
You would feel invincible right, blessed by the gods but hehe...you're not even close to be done here.
Now you enter this football stadium with 54,872 persons... that's a shit load of people here right?
Well guess what... the guy comes to the mic, spins the ball with all 54,872 tickets and the winning ticket is.... YOURS. AGAIN!!! ... 
How would you feel at the end of that day?
You would freak out right? Floating on air would be the best way to describe it right?
Well... that's EXACTLY how I felt on day 6 because that's the EXACT SAME ODDS THAT I HAVE BEAT THAT DAY.
So now you can understand why I am REALLY PISSED at upstairs for crashing down THAT AWESOME VIBRATION because for me, it was it. All this hard worked finally paid. I finally made it.
Well.... NOT EXACTLY!
When the vibration faded away, I thought it was a down cycle and could EASILY come back Saturday or even Sunday but... it didn't!
So it better be working in the next 2 HM requests like MT said !@#$%^^@#

So basically, what I got from all these questions is this...
To reach and maintain a vibration to manifest a goal, you need to do these 3 things:
1- You need to shift to a low sabotage track (ex:4.8) with less LBs that could stop or slow down the manifestation
2- You (more likely your HM) need to clear LBs at the TLR because they will eventually come down into the SM.
3- You need to clear your SM of LBs or wait that everything that was cleared at TLR comes down into your SM.
Last week, I have done step 1 and step 3 but failed at step 2.
I apparently have shifted to this 4.8 track (1). I cleared all the 9,000 LBs I had in my SM using EC (3) but when I asked my HM to clear roulette LBs at the TLR level, I didn't know that I had to ask him to clear the other topics that could influence roulette which is mainly Money and the fear of my SM to leave the full control of my life to my HM.
This way, out of the 9,000 LBs I had to clear at the TLR level, only 6,000 were cleared and 3,000 were left there and those came back down into my SM to sabotage my success.
MT is telling me that because my goal was to win 1/16s, my HM would have eventually cleared those LBs too but in the future HM requests. This week, only the roulette LBs have been cleared at the TLR level.
So now I (we) know better and I will not take any chances and that's why I asked yesterday and today my HM to clear ALL the LBs on ALL main topics of my life at the TLR level (Health, Money, HM, MT, Physical Changes, Roulette).
This should start to take effect in 2 days from now.

That's what I did last week and I paid the price for it by seeing my roulette winning vibration crash after day 6.
Now I learned that I should have asked to clear ALL the LBs on ALL the topics at the TLR.
So today's HM request line sounds like this..
"Dear HM, please clear at the TLR level, all the LBs that are stopping me from manifesting any goal I want to manifest and implant the PBs that I need to manifest _________".
The main reason why I didn't want to clear ALL the LBs on ALL the topics at the TLR level is that MT is telling me that in 3 weeks , the OverSoul will resend them all back in the TLR and SM so why bother. My goal was to master just roulette to then master my HM shifting abilities and then get the fuck out of the 4.0 tracks by jumping to the 5.0 one and not having to constantly clear the track I was in all the time.
