Just a quick update about my NAP : well it seems to work, because since last Monday I lost 3.7 kilos ! I have also noticed improvements in other areas of my life so I’m happy !

Well, boxers or mma fighters can lose up to 14 kg in 5 days so it's not something impossible. The question is whether Virgo has lost 3 kg of water or 3 kg of fat. If it's water than sadly this is nothing special and we will see "yoyo effect" pretty soon . However if it's 3 kg of fat... Now, that would be crazy good result in just 3 days.
