It's coming from your own consciousness which also creates your physical body and brain by condensing itself. Your body is inside your consciousness and not the other way around.

Our consciousness also creates our 3D reality down to the last atom based on our beliefs. There are no hard physical 3D reality, everything around us is affected by our beliefs. We change our beliefs and we send our a different Electro-Magnetic filed and that changes the reality all around us.

Anything that you see with your 5 senses is created by your consciousness. Science has proven that it is not inside the brain or the body itself but they don't understand or cannot measure it so they discard it totally.

The Blue Glass Vase NAP goes like this...

"You know see blue glass vases everywhere you go"

You record it and listen to it for a few weeks and you should see blue glass vases around you and this will tell you 2 things...

1- That a NAP played at night can implant a new belief in your Subconscious Mind (SM)

2- That once a new belief is create in the SM, the SM manifests it in the 3D reality around you.

This will make you understand how our consciousness creates the 3D reality around us. It's ALL based on beliefs. The diseases you may have or catch later on, the good or bad financial situation, the people you meet and how good or bad it's gonna turn out, the physical shape of your body (height, weight, eye, skin and hair color, etc...).

Another book you should read is "The Biology of Beliefs" from Dr. Bruce Lipton. He will tell you that our beliefs affect our DNA and if you change your beliefs in your SM, your DNA will change.

How can our consciousness be outside of our body? Does our consciousness have a form? To me our consciousness has a spiritual form that looks like us, but within our body like a spirit? You are telling me our consciousness is outside our body and we are inside our consciousness? The word condensing our self or our consciousness condenses itself? mindone
