WBA, IBF and WBO titles unification fight tonight between our MTL boy Jean Pascal and Russian Sergey Kovalev.

This should be interesting. Experts say that Kovalev should win. I think so too but hey, I'm always up for a surprise. ;)

Do you think the fight stoppage was premature?

At first yeah but not after the review. He seemed to have Jello legs in the end so he was brain damaged at that time so they stopped the fight.

Maybe he really slipped but it didn't look like it.

What do you think?

Same here. When I was watching live I initially thought that Pascal had at least partially blocked the first hook since he had his gloves up.
But yeah even after Kovalev slipped and the ref briefly stopped the fight, Pascal was wobbling over to the other white corner. He looked like he was hurt pretty badly. It sucks for him but he was too hurt at that point so you gotta call it.
