Hello Merlin,

Thank you for your response :) The reason why I ask is because most programmers I have come in contact with who work on proprietary software start hyperventilating when you ask them for source code and the ability to "modify it" I guess this is the fear that someone may take the code, modify it a little, and sell it as their own software(which I have no interest in doing) ;)

No, you are missing the boat here...

They keep their code personal because people will simply create their copy of it (no modification needed here) and use this program to trade with and stop leasing the code of the programmer.

If I lease my system to others, it's because I will have spent 1000s of hours testing each line to extract the most $$$ from the markets and this is why I will charge a monthly fee to everyone who will use it to make $$ with it too.

In other words, if you want the code of a system that pays a ton of $$ you either find it yourself or lease the trading system of other programmers but DO NOT ask them to give it to you for free, it's the ultimate sign of disrespect for the hard work they put out to create it.

I thought this was just obvious but I guess it's not. :?

Nope, I guess we all just interpret things differently my apologies I did not mean any disrespect :) Like I said before I do not have any intention(or ever will have any intention) of taking the program and "licensing it myself". However, though if I can make one kindly suggestion, the main feature I would absolutely love to see in your automated trading system if I am going to license it from you is what is known as a "Capital Protection Feature" please view this webpage http://privateforextrader.com/index.php ... 6&Itemid=2" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Going back to your ebook The_Science_of_Manifestation you had a paragraph in it that look like this

I was just thinking the best course of action in this situation would have been to have some sort of safety mechanism in the program that stop's trading after you lose a certain percentage of you initial investment, while also leaving you room to "patch" your code, back test it, and then start trading again when everything is appearing to be back on track. Granted you still lose part of your investment but losing a little is much better than losing a lot(especially if you have the means to stop it) :) This is also beneficial if the market takes a nose dive(or crashes). This is why I wanted the flexibility of being able to modify the code in case you decided that adding a feature like this is not worth your time, I would be more than happy to sign a NDA(Non-disclosure agreement) promising I will not sell, speak, or show any lines of your code to anyone else on earth:D Here is a copy of a simple NDA if you had never seen one, you can also of course modify it to your liking https://drive.google.com/previewtemplat ... ode=public" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; .

Ok, you are confusing a few things here. First that $10,000/month was NOT when I was trading, it was an online business. Yes I lost $$$ at the Stock Market but never more than $500 each time because one of the first thing a trader learns to protect himself is called a "Stop Loss" which is a point at which the trade must be exited because you have lost some $$ here and of course ALL my trading system will have those.

Now to have your computer execute this stop loss when things go wrong it needs to be open, connected to the internet and you should not have any power outage otherwise your PC won't work and won't be able to get you to exit the trade and the reason why I said that you must do a Cleaning NAP on money is that your SM will make you attract those events.

Your SM will wait until the market start making a big move in the opposite direction and then shut down your computer before my trading system exits the trade so you will lose and lose and lose and you won't even know it. The fault will NOT come from my system but from your negative beliefs on money which will make you sabotage somehow your financial success that my trading system will bring you, therefore the very strong suggestion for you to do a cleaning NAP BEFORE you get into the Trading business.
