Hey all,


I want to create my own topic to follow my futur results with the 4 line NAP and to allow others to do so also.

Yesterday, 2013/12/08 I listened for the first time during my sleep the NAP I created.

The goal of my 4 line NAP is about releasing allmy negative beliefs.


Today, I don't know if placebo or not but I felt orgasmic most of the day.

Hey dude, NAPs take many weeks if not months to start working so PLEASE avoid all these boring daily posts.

* Today... nothing happened with my NAPs, so I walked the dog instead

* Still nothing new here, but my plant got a new sprout...yayyy

* No nothing new today but my teenager got drunk last night and pucked all over the bathroom

* Darn, still no manifestation today, anyway, I got bored so I rented a porno mov.. huh nervermind that..

* No manifestation today either I took the time to cut my toe nails...

Thank you because you are not the first one who started that and we got so tired after weeks or reading those boring comments that I had to delete the thread because NAPs are experimental meaning that the only thing that we have here is hope and it's VERY FRAGILE so the last we want is a daily reminder that a NAP didn't work today AGAIN.

I try to keep the morale high here while time goes by vvvvvveeeeeeeerrrryyyyyy sloooowwwlyyyy.
