Personally I like older rock..david bowie, scorpions, skid row, motley crue, guns n roses, bon jovi... 90s grunge like alice in chains, pearl jam...

Newer stuff would be Canadian bands The Tea Party (think led Zeppelin/rock with middle eastern type of sound) and punk band Billy Talent. I've seen both bands live and met tea party lots of times as well. Nice guys..

I liked it when you said "Newer stuff" The River was in 1995, it's only 18 years ago. Many members here weren't even born when this stuff played on TV.

Haha yeah if you meet Jeff Martin don't tell him that... Apparently he hates the comparison lol. I posted that song cause I like it..but yeah its old. They're working on a new album now so I'm excited to hear what's next. Unfortunately their last album was terrible.
