Not accepting limting existence, to me the hardest part is the religious background I was raised with. I was raised as a Catholic and then grew as a Christian in my teen years.

The hardest part to me is to reconciliate what I have been learning here with the image of a judging God enthroned in some realm. Specially since a lot of things seem to be forbidden.

For example, I have this fascination for Valkyries, and to be honest with LTP I am very tempted to ya know.... see how it would be a relationship with a true hot badass Valkyrie, but according to the Bible you should not have relationships with anything that is not human. Or about seeing dead people...... yeah again you are supposed to not mess with the dead, or attempt to see the future.

I have had as Merlin and some people have seen through my posts direct experiences, but according to mainstream Christianity they are demons and all that. So yeah is more like a war between belief systems.

I try and try to shift my beliefs to accomodate to everything I have been learning here and through my spiritual experiences, but it is increasingly difficult to do so without at least having to discard some of my beliefs.

I was also raised as a Catholic but one line that helped me disconnect myself from all this religious crap...

"God doesn't write books, he creates wonderful sunsets though :D "

In other words, all these religious books like the bible and else are ALL created by HUMANS and humans DON'T HAVE A CLUE what's going on up there so they write stupid books and team up to create Popes and cardinals as if it was a Soccer Team and THEY will decide what I should or should not do??? In your dreams my old friends.

These guys have no clues either. Why? Because THEY ARE HUMANS just like us. Just because they have very nice red and golden team uniforms doesn't give them some red phone connected to God telling them that he will send me to hell when I die.

Religions have some good values like loving and helping each other but they have killed more people than any wars combined.

Sorry Mr. Pope but no thank you, you are not ruling my life.

Something that does make me doubt religion, is that if this research turns out to be true in its more crazy aspect, it would be like a control mechanism........ which makes me wonder if it was done with the explicit intention of preventing exactly what this research is trying to accomplish.

Jesus had some very interesting teachings evey if you don't take the whole bible as 100% truth, he said "The truth shall make you free" "Ye are gods and sons of the Most High" and as well that if you had enough faith you could order a mountain into the sea and nothing would be impossible. Also the Bible says "As a Man Thinketh in his heart so he is". Which makes me wonder if perhaps he was aware of this and the reason he was truly killed was to shut him up.

Edit:

Wow, there is a book about LOA called "As a Man Thinketh"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/As_a_Man_Thinketh" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Dating BACK TO 1902. This stuff is older than I had realized. Something interesting about the author is that his wife wrote:

"He never wrote theories, or for the sake of writing; but he wrote when he had a message, and it became a message only when he had lived it out in his own life, and knew that it was good. Thus he wrote facts, which he had proven by practice."

Good point. I also believe that religions are just another power trip.

It reminds me of a scene form the movie The Book of Eli where Gary Oldman wanted to find The Bible VERY BADLY and here's why...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DqHxOQWW_Nw[/youtube]

"...It's NOT a fucking book, it's a weapon aimed at the hearts and minds of the weak and desperate and it will give us control of them".

Now if you ask me, THAT is not very far from the truth here.

Yeah, after all the best way to destroy a message is to turn it into an organized religion.

This is like if 100 years from now, some people in the limited belief realities get some glimpses of feats from the NAP feats when we remove limiting beliefs and rather than state what was researched here (perhaps even on purpose hidding it so people can't do it), they make you into a religious figure and start to say how you must worship Lord Merlin of the Multiverse and that if you don't follow his teachings and rules when you die he will cast you into a Parallel Reality of eternal suffering. Now I get why you disliked it back then when I jokingly refered to you as Merlin-Sama.

I am almost sure as well that under that scenario people would imagine Lord Merlin as you are in your Avatar picture . So yeah they would imagine you as the classical old bearded Zeus-like God.

That's funny but with today's Internet, free ebooks and email, they don't stand a chance. I asked MT many times about it but I always got the same answer and the result was that if I do write this 2nd ebook, I don't get to have another incarnation here but if I don't I will have to come back and do it all again.

In a way it does make sense because if someone would be destined to create such a kick ass research, that dude MUST spread the news or else pay the price.

Now reincarnation or not, I will do that 2nd ebook because the 1st one doesn't even talk about Cleaning NAPs and detachment and long term NAPs since it was written in 2011 when the routine here was a 10 day Goal NAP.

As far as I know Leviticus forbids bestiality. As long as it's a humanoid, and Valkyries are humanoids, it's fine. ;)

I'm an ex-catholic. I'm an atheist but I love buddhism though. The discipline clear your mind meditation stuff. Did you know that the world is in chaos because of diff beliefs/faith. Religion divides us instead of unite. Just like races, culture, gender, status etc. We are all human beings. We came from the same source. When you're in a religion, you will have so many limiting beliefs. ''you are a sinner'', ''you need to sacrifice something blah blah blah stupid beliefs''. The very famous ''money is evil''..

Fact: the bible has so many murders and rapes than any book you'll ever read.

It is incorrect for people to say scriptures says money is evil. It says the "love of money" which would indicate to how far a human would go to get the money...lie, cheat, rob, kill. Money itself is only a tool...it's what we will do to get it and what we do with it that becomes the issue...use it to help ourselves and others in need or to control or destroy people.
Christianity's main focus is not suppose to be about rules but having a personal relationship with our Creator and walking in love. So many things have been done in the name of God that have nothing to do with who He is or His will. Also, the Bible is a history book of the life of humans and our limited thinking. Years ago I read "Conversations With God" and was so in awe (at that time...not so much any more) in what I was reading that about 3/4th through the book, I laid it down and told the Lord that I had doubts about some of the doctrines I had been taught through the years but, that I would always love Him and serve Him. His response was "What else is there?"
The message has always been about God's love and grace for us and our response to His message.
