Btw, I made my choice a while ago and that was to stopped the nap since I can't get a decent sleep at all. And I was kinda worry its not working at all!
But then a few days ago, I began not to feel sleepy till 5:00 AM and when I go to sleep at that time, I have 7 hours of beautiful sleep!
So I used my nap for two days, (not the same nap - mind you, a different nap for my stuffy nose)
Also I changed my saline sinus rinse to a vicious apple cider vinegar with honey, and GOD, does it burn! JK! LOL!
I added apple cider vinegar with honey in my sinus rinse, but I also used the same packet that came with the sinus rinse bottle, the saline salt, and baking soda.
It seems to work amazingly! And it doesn't burn at all, only BARELY!
Well anyway, I came to the conclusion that while I do still used NAPS! I also asked myself why used naps if you can cure this problem (I don't think its a chronic problem or a problem that will kill me at all, its just sinus pressure and congestion, LOL! So to tell my opinion, I don't the dowser was correct at all, but who knows? *shrugs*)
Also I am not in anyway or in any form mocking *NAPS!* at all, While Merlin is right that it is a beliefs that created this, Maybe I will perhaps cured this once for and all with NAPS and with the new sinus rinse I created, though I got it online (the sinus rinse formula or something, lol!)
So I don't think its any serious at all, though I worry because it is very VERY PERSISTENT! For some reason?
Anyway, I can feel my congestion going away now. Almost gone. Good news to tell for me and to everyone I guess.
Edit: Also , if my problem goes away with the sinus rise formula I used before the NAP cures it, then I guess I will changed the NAP to lottery or Astral projection. Astral travel or something
Plus I don't use microphones
