Interesting! Liver imbalance!

Post by Serris »

Hey folks!

I been waking up from 1 AM to 3 AM all the time and I wonder why :o

Then I read online from various websites and chinese medicines that it got to do with the liver, and that its a liver imbalance :?

Here it is, the info, though its a bit of a short info but I guess its good knowledge I guess.

"1am-3am is indicative of liver toxicity. Liver detoxification is a priority for you."

Good point to that quote, I haven't been drinking lots of water, mostly milk, lol. And I guess I need to eat more apples, since I did wake up in the 1 AM - 3 AM several times or more then that and stuffs.

So actually I just found out that, THAT is not the CASE!

Well at least it was a good try, I did it a while ago though :o

Btw everyone, obviously naps works only when your sleeping I presumed? On the bright side everyone, I don't think I wake up in the middle of the night not anymore, huzzah! :)

Btw, I stay up till 5:00 AM then went to sleep for 7 hours! Finally! :) Then I woke up at either 1:00 PM or 12: 48 PM, 7 hours of beautiful sleep :)

Either way, its working for me, also I don't need to fix my sleep schedule in fact I don't even any side effects of sleeping at 5:00 AM then waking up at either 12 or 1 PM :o

Anyway, good news for me! :)
