I'm thinking of modify my nap with only one cleaning health nap line which is

"Your beliefs that are creating your nose, lungs, infection problems are now removed from your SM"

I should have done that instead of creating a Health Nap with the affirmation and the cleaning nap line with it, I think if I have the CLEANING NAP LINE only, it will be faster, how come it never dawned on me :S xD

Anyway, just wanted to say, I have done ten days of the cleaning health nap, not sure if my viral lung infection is still there but I can still feel the pressure in my sinuses nasal. So maybe it is there.

Anyway, I guess I will keep listening to my original cleaning health nap for more. But once my onces it finall done, booyah, astral projection NAP!

I'm pretty sure it plays every night and for the volume, I made sure it was loud enough so I can hear it, the loude rit is, the faster the manifestation, right?

Yes but not to the point where it scraps your night sleep. I don't hear every word of my Cleaning NAP and I still see some results so try that.

I try it out last night and unfortunately it didn't work

I keep waking up during the night.

So I decided to buy some 5-HTP pills bottle. Hopefully that will solved my sleeping problem.

I could of course include an affirmation for sleeping deeply but I have to redo my Nap again, maybe some other time.
