The Collective Conciousness

Hello everyone First time poster long time lurker!
I'd like to discuss the idea of the collective conciousness and it's effect on our personal manifestations. I'm hoping I can get some fresh prespectives on this.
So it's been said that if the goal in your NAP is to manifest x amount of $, then you should know where it's going to come from. ( stocks, job, sale, gift, etc ) Merlin you specifically say that if you think it will just appear on your kitchen table then you're not going to get it because we do not work that way. In the same way that if you wanted to learn to teleport it really wouldn't work because you do not, in your "heart of hearts", believe you can. You can trace these core beliefs into whats been programmed into us as children, as this is the reflection of the collective conciousness.
So hypothetically, lets say through frequent meditation, over time you begin to believe you can get money in your kitchen (disconnect from the collective conciousness?) , and that you can teleport, and over even more time you no longer believe you can get these things, you KNOW that you can. At this point another variable comes into play and thats the " is it relevant to your life journey " variable. Which, as far as I understand, your life journey has been laid out for you by our souls, in advance as a general guideline ( a hallway we walk through ). And so for some of us even if we want to be millionaires, we never will be. Financially secure? Sure, but never millionaires.
So with all of that in mind, I've come to the following conclusions that feel accurate to me. Your genuine desires will always be those that are easiest to actually acheive for you, personally. ( Path of least resistance ). For example, I'd like to be a millionaire, but truthfully I don't need to be anywhere near that rich to be happy and to do the things that I'm passionate about. I'd like to teleport, but my car seems to work just fine.
I hope this makes sense and I realize there's not much of a question but more of a statement I'd still like everyone's two cents
