Need help with hyperthropic scar on nose

Hi guys, has anyone ever managed to get rid of any scar at all through naps or any other ways?
I have hyperthrophic scar on nose from cystic pimple, that I had for 5 years, without change. Month ago I damaged it, it grew bigger, and has been worsening ever since. I wonder what should I do.
I do not know if I had caused keloid to form due to trauma to the tissue, but that I know this should probably not be the case, because true keloids are very rare, they are even rarer, if not unheard of on central face (nose, inner side of cheeks, forehead). Also, I am caucasian, and that makes it even lower chance for me to form such thing. There have been only handful of such cases in central face. They also tend to be hereditary, and we do not have them in our family as far as I know.
So, best case scenario is that this is a hyperthropic scar (and very probable), and changes (thickening, slight widening) that I have been observing are simply due to maturation of scar that is happening and will be happening for some months.
But still, it is here. Thank you.
