Ok let's see what today will bring... This is day 11 of the 1st Overhaul HMR and day 4 of the 2nd round.

I hope to get another 7+ but like I said yesterday, around Nov. 10th when I saw the first 6 and 7/160s, I also had 3 and 4/160s after that before I caught another up cycle and got those 8,9 and 10+ sets.

What's interesting is that I am on day 4 of my 2nd round of HMR and usually that's when the up cycle starts before fading away on day 7-8 so I might get lucky in the next few days and get those 10 and 16/160s back again.

1 week of cleaning at 3 times the intensity or 3 weeks at 1 times the intensity is still the same thing. 1 X 3 or 3 X 1 still equals 3.

Whether you clear everything like I do now and probably be cleared this week or early next week or let the track clear itself which can take weeks still brings you to the end but at different speeds.

You do what you want but for me, I prefer the heavy duty clearing now so that I can be DONE with this cleaning of LBs FOREVER.

Well of course life is better after a cleanup, because our vibration goes up but the problem is when the vibration doesn't go as high as we want or the manifestation doesn't come as fast as we want because there are still LBs holding us back.

Sure doing nothing and only adding PBs is one way to go but every time I did that, I saw LBs slowing or crashing down my manifestations so now I just can't do nothing, sit on my ass and hope they will go away one day.

That's just how I deal with things, I'm a control freak. Maybe this cleaning is hurting me more than helping me but again doing nothing and hoping that everything turns out peachy, that's a gamble that even I won't do.

I wanted to take a closer look at the results I got out of the 10 sets of 16 spins I did in Nov. when I started to see good results and how low it crashed due to a down cycle.

So the first 6 and 7/160 were on Nov. 22 here...

Later on that day I got a 8/160 but followed right away by 3 sets of 4/160 and 1 lousy set of 2/160 during the late evening of the 22nd early 23rd. I guess I caught a down cycle right there.

Then I went to bed and woke up to see a 8 and a 9/160 in the afternoon of the 23rd.

Then it crashed again in the afternoon with a 3/160 and all this still on Nov. 23rd.

That was my 2nd down cycle.

Got a 6/160 the next day (24th). In retrospect, I never had another down cycle after that.

Then a 7/160 later on that day...

This was the last good result I had since I started the "Disconnect HMR" which crashed my vibration and then all hell broke loose.

The next set of games was done Dec. 28th and it was a 4/160...

Followed by a 3/160 Dec 29th...

Then as we know, I got a 7/160 on Jan 1st and a 6/160 on the 2nd catching therefore another up cycle.

In conclusion, the good news is that from the start on Nov 22nd all the way to the 16/160 on Dec. 1st, I only had 2 down cycles that took place only during the first 2 days because after the 24th, all I had were better and better results. Also this whole climb took only about a week.

I just had 2 good days in a row with a 7/160 and a 6/160, I'm wondering if I will catch a down cycle soon or if it will do like after Nov. 24th and only get better results from now on.

I guess the next 2-3 days will be VERY interesting to watch.

Not bad. Still not the 10/160 that I want but it's better than a crash in vibration and see 2,3 or 4/160.

Tomorrow will be day 6 of the 2nd round so maybe something will happen there, we'll see.
