You know what... my advice for you and everyone else is to try this SM-HM Disconnect-Reconnect EHMR to put your HM in charge of your vibration.

Yeah ok, you might still have a little belly pain for 1 day or so but hey if it's a joke then you're back to where you are now but if it's true then I would rather have my HM be in charge of my vibration and manifestation than my SM.

Ok well, as I said in a previous post, the real belly pain came much later for me, mostly after the main 6 topics were cleared and then I added in my EHMR the SM Disconnect topic so don't worry, it will come alright.

Also, this EHMR is special meaning that to make it an Emergency HMR, you need to do your request every hour for a total of 8 requests in a row. So for you, because it's late, you do it every hour until you go to bed and restart every hour when you wake up. It should take you a total of 18 hrs to come down.

Let's see how many beliefs you will have to disconnect and reconnect here... I had 17 Millions and my friend Lyne had 14.
