I meditate daily,but my new beliefs on Reality are conflicting with my old ones.
Just give them more space [in mind]. We use different models, theories, to different purposes.
Many people don't feel or see energy, it's totally ok if they use mental models with consciousness, sub-consciousness, thougts etc.
We don't need absolute knowledge - sometimes it is better to see an electron as a wave, sometimes as a particular and there's no conflict.
