Do what I do mate, click "Subscribe to Forum" at the top of these threads, or "Subscribe to Topic" at the top of each individual topic.

Edit: Actually it's a little hidden, you have to click on an options menu first at the top, and then subscribe.

You don't even have to bother, I programmed it so that by default, the minute you post in a thread you get these notifications.

You can also see the buttons turn dark on the Board Index page when new posts have been added.
