i have tried a couple of weeks -may be not long enough, but to be honest i had no feeling neither much believe that it would work for me..

Ok some more questions.

So visualizing a white ball with the number in the book that will fix us and then letting that ball into our body should take us about 5 seconds or less right?

Is that all we have to do?

Do we do this once every hour/day/week/month???

A basic understanding of how it works might help though. As we already know everything is Energy = Light = Knowledge = Information.

So what we are doing here is working with the Disease at the Information Level. Grabovoi says that a disease represents an imbalance in the harmony of that organ.

The sequence of numbers are codes that reflect the Standard State (Harmonious = Healthy) of the affected Organ.

When I used the codes I just did it for 10-15 minutes daily.

Do it for at least 14 days and you should see the results.

Picture as many as you want, maybe 1 white-silver sphere per minute might be a good option.
