We all know that magnetic fields are not sudden like bullet vests, they are gradual meaning that when you place 2 magnets close together, you can feel the tension build up as you bring them closer.
The beauty of such a shield is that it can protect you not only from animal who won't be able to bite or sting you and weapons like knives and guns too but it will also gradually slow down the object that is about to hit you (truck, fist or bullet) and that includes the ground if you are falling off a plane or a building. The faster it comes to you the farther away it will start to take affect.
So if you jump off a plane, it will start to take affect at around 500 feet and gradually increase as you get closer to the ground where you will land softly like a feather.
If the LTP works, that will be pretty much the first jump I will make and THEN I will travel around the world safely.
