You are right. We could shift to these planets like TV channels. That's how Bashar applies it to his ship and how teleportation works.
I think because we have parallel world and we are focus on this world right now so when we die, we come back to phase 1 as a baby and lived a different life. So we basically immortal in a way ??

Yeah but you forget about everything when you change from 1 life to the next. Not a good idea. Do you remember you previous life, I don't.
What she meant was the body to become immortal not the soul because we pretty much all know that the soul is anyway.
