In the very last 2-3 seconds of this clip of Bashar he says this..
"Your BELIEF SYSTEM makes it INVISIBLE to you. Manifestation is the process of making the invisible visible and that simply requires an alteration of perception".
Bashar was talking about what we were discussing here the other day about Quantum Physics, the Collapse of the wave function and the Observer Effect. That when you change your beliefs, you send a different frequency out and that effects the atom (collapses the wave function as they say) so that the atoms of the invisible objects around us can now become visible.
So changing the atoms is not done by looking differently at an object but by a change of beliefs because this is what alters the atoms and then transform what is invisible into something visible that can be perceived by the eyes.
I think this has to do with the shift to another reality thing.
If there are an infinite ammount of realities even with different laws of physics and they are physically here but what separates them are frequencies, then everything you can think of is happening right now in front of you.
What I get by "visible" and "invisible" is that these realities are invisible to us, they are here but we can't live in them, by changing your vibration that invisible alternate universe would become visible to you.

Yep, just like radio shows, until you tune your radio to their unique frequencies you won't be able to hear them even though the they are all playing around you right now.
