I'm still getting 1/16s most games, and I've gotten 3 2/16s in my last 15 games.

I'm slowly building up my believability in shifting, as you suggested- I asked my HM to get a 1/16, and I've gotten that 1/16 on the last 25 games I've played. I'm going to start asking for a 2/16 now. (Slowly. Very slowly.)
