The track vibration (4.922) should not drop once you gain it back.

To get higher (5.0 tracks) you need to build your HM's instant parallel reality shifting belief by doing the 3 steps:

Step 1: Win every bet at Roulette (16/16)
Step 2: Ask your HM to shift you to a parallel reality where your bedroom walls have a different color
Step 3: Ask your HM to shift you to a parallel reality where an object that's 1 foot to your left will now be 1 foot to your right.
