The Power of Your Other Hand

I have been trying to find a discussion group on the internet having to do with the book "The Power of Your Other Hand" and have had no success. Has anyone here read the book and put it into practice and if so, what were your results?
I got it from the library last week and did some of the exercises and had some interesting feedback (for me anyway). I'm left handed and started to practice a little bit with my right hand last year but didn't continue. After reading how it can balance out your brain and other benefits, I will continue. I just wanted to find other people who had read the book and what the information did for them.
