Hmm I would say 66.
My reasoning would be that the 2nd number increased by 10, then the 3rd number increased by 20. Therefore the 4th number would need to be increased by 30 so 36+30=66.

I don't recall the other 19 questions but I remember doing that 1st Mensa test.
