Besides doing naps and requests I recently bought William Bengston's audiobook. He has an interesting and very different method of manifestation. I'm working on that at the moment.

Bengstons Method is a healing method. I heard that manifestation may be a side effect. He wrote a book and gives courses but I never tried his method - so I am also interested in your experience with it. Does he claim himself that manifestation is inevitable with his method?

It usually is because when you heal, your vibration goes up and then it's easier to manifest at that point.
