Same thing for my friend Lyne, she is going to the hospital right now because of that.

This 50 Hz is hitting us like brick.

I have a few symptoms but it's mostly gone, maybe because I spend all my days clearing myself so I may have fewer LBs to clear then you guys and it's hurting you more than me.

Yesterday was the second day of asking for higher than 45HZ
I didn’t do any HMR today I just go dizzy and thought it might be it, still I just asked to go for 50HZ
So I’m going all in... but the dizziness was before asking for the 50HZ
I guess this was the last LBs cleaning and me still adjusting for the new reality but I’m not going for the hospital because of this, just drinking plenty of water and sleeping. This seem to me close to ascension symptoms so I would really guess it’s the reality getting higher and my adjustment to it

Yup I agree that this is what is happening to you and Lyne but she just got a major knee operation lately so it's better be safe for her than sorry and go check for possible infection.

The problem is that we just don't know how much clearing we still have to do.

True but for us both, we've cleared constantly during the past months. Justz and Lyne though, maybe a little bit less so it hits them harder than us because there is more to clear at once.
